ServiceNow Developer 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in Independence, Ohio. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform to design, implement, and optimize ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM processes. You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to drive efficiency, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

·        ServiceNow Platform Configuration: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

·        ITSM Process Management: Implement and manage core ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management, utilizing best practices and industry standards.

·        Application and Module Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various ServiceNow applications and modules,

Qualifications:

·        Proven 5+ years of experience as an ITSM ServiceNow Developer.

·        Hands-on experience configuring the ServiceNow platform.

·        In-depth knowledge of various ServiceNow applications and modules, particularly Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·        Relevant ServiceNow certification is desirable.

·        Ability to identify organizational inefficiencies and drive improvements in technical infrastructure.

·        Proficiency in creating high-level business models and implementing effective organizational governance structures.
