Location: Quebec City West (Field-Based Role)

Salary: CA$55,000 to CA$65,000

Additional Compensation: Up to 25% Performance Bonus, Car Allowance, and Comprehensive Benefits Package

Are you passionate about the alcohol beverage industry and keen on making a significant impact? We are looking for a dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our premium brands across Quebec City West. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a field-based environment and has a knack for building strong relationships with on-trade accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance brand distribution and visibility through tastings, incentives, and activations.
  • Drive sales growth via strategic engagement campaigns with key accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with wholesaler partners and their sales teams.
  • Engage in regular account meetings, including hosting events and tastings during evenings and weekends.
  • Execute brand activation programs across bars, restaurants, and nightlife venues.
  • Support pricing strategies and uphold brand consistency.
  • Allocate one day per week for administrative duties; the remaining days will be spent in the field.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, sales meetings, and industry events.
  • Rotate across sub-regions monthly to maximize market coverage.
  • Work from home on Mondays for administrative tasks, with travel required the rest of the week.

Package & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: CA$55,000–65,000
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 25%
  • Travel Expenses: CA$1,000–1,500/month
  • Car Allowance: CA$400–500/month
  • Technology Support: Up to CA$1,000 for a laptop

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Proven sales experience in the alcohol beverage or food industry.
  • Successful track record in on-premise activation and wholesaler engagement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in managing trade marketing initiatives and client promotions.
  • Residence in Quebec with extensive travel capability.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Valid full driving license.

Desirable:

  • Existing network within Quebec's on-trade sector (bars, restaurants, nightclubs).
  • Previous experience with importers or distributors in the alcohol sector.

Selection Process:

  1. Initial Interview (via Teams) with the International Sales Director and current Brand Ambassador.
  2. Second Interview with the International Sales Director.
  3. Final Stage: Completion of a DISC personality assessment.
