Job Description

• Maintain school grounds including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, and general landscaping
• Perform seasonal grounds tasks (leaf removal, mulching, snow/ice clearing)
• Keep outdoor spaces clean and safe by removing trash, debris, and hazards
• Support basic facilities maintenance including painting, drywall repair, furniture assembly, and minor plumbing/electrical tasks
• Assist with event setup and breakdown on school grounds
• Use tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Occasionally work evenings or weekends based on school needs

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in groundskeeping or facilities maintenance
• Proficient with hand and power tools (e.g., drills, wrenches, saws)
• Minor experience in plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or general repair
• Ability to lift/move items over 50 lbs regularly
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills (email, online ordering, etc.)
