About the Role

Ridgeback Recruiting is representing a well-established Public Adjusting firm that’s built its reputation on advocating for policyholders through some of the most complex insurance claims and disasters in the region. With thousands of claims under management and a rapidly growing client base, the company is now looking to add a proven Business Development Leader to drive expansion and growth throughout the region.  If you are someone who believes in advocating for their client then lease read on.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a proven professional with a deep understanding of the public adjusting, restoration, or property insurance industries. The ideal candidate is a high-energy, entrepreneurial-minded business developer who knows how to generate leads, build strong referral networks, and close deals that matter.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the company’s footprint by identifying and securing relationships with contractors, restoration firms, and property owners.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating property damage claims—ensuring they are fairly represented and compensated.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and referral partners across the region.

  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and association meetings.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Public Adjusting experience

  • 5- 10 years of successful sales or business development experience in Public Adjusting, Restoration, or related fields.

  • Strong industry relationships and understanding of residential or commercial insurance claims.

  • Knowledge of construction, restoration, and property damage processes.

  • Public Adjuster’s License in Colorado (or willingness to obtain it).

  • Willingness to travel throughout the region and attend weekend events as needed.

  • Uncapped Commission: Total earning potential can be over $200,000 annually
