About the Role:
Join a dynamic team at a prominent consumer products manufacturing facility as an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in controls engineering. This role involves leading complex control system projects, collaborating with customers to resolve equipment challenges, and providing leadership by coaching and supervising a team of Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage control system engineering projects from conception through execution.

• Interface directly with customers to troubleshoot and solve equipment issues.

• Mentor, guide, and oversee Technicians in daily operations and project tasks.

• Develop, program, and maintain PLC and HMI systems.

• Utilize project management skills to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Apply expertise in medium voltage electrical systems, power generation, and AC/DC drives.

• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems as part of the control solutions.

• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in industrial controls engineering, preferably in consumer products or high-speed manufacturing environments.

• Proven expertise in PLC and HMI programming.

• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.

• Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and/or Robotics is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Sound knowledge in medium voltage electrical systems, power generation, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and AC/DC drives.

• Automotive or aerospace industry experience will not be considered.

Additional Information:

• Relocation support available based on experience.

• Base salary cap at $140,000 annually.
