We’re hiring a Project Superintendent for a highly respected general contractor with offices in Salt Lake City. This company has been building commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical projects across the western U.S. for over 30 years. They’re known for doing things right: clean communication, lean scheduling, and no drama—just solid work with solid people. They have a large project in Salt Lake City and need someone with complex build experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage field operations for commercial construction projects

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections

  • Ensure jobsite safety, quality, and documentation standards are met

  • Maintain and accelerate project schedule using 4-week lookaheads

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to drive cost and schedule success

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial GC projects

  • OSHA 30 Certified (Required)

  • Familiarity with Procore and Lean Construction practices

  • Experience working in commercial or highly regulated environments (Preferred)

  • Strong communication, leadership, and scheduling skills

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to active job sites

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 depending on experience
