Recruitment conducted exclusively by ParkerBeth Search Partners

About the Opportunity

ParkerBeth Search Partners is proud to be exclusively retained by a premier commercial contractor in Southern Oregon to identify an exceptional Project Manager to join their growing team. This organization is a recognized leader in sustainable building and has been named one of Oregon’s 100 Best Green Workplaces. Their work spans healthcare, K-12 education, and public infrastructure—built on a reputation for integrity, transparency, and excellence.

This is more than a PM job. It’s an opportunity to lead complex projects cradle-to-grave, while owning detailed budget oversight, driving results in the field, and growing into senior leadership within a company that genuinely invests in its people.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout with full budget, schedule, and team accountability

  • Lead K-12, medical, and public works builds—ranging from multi-phase campus work to healthcare retrofits

  • Serve as the financial steward of the project—owning forecasting, cost controls, profit tracking, and risk management

  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, owners, and architects to ensure successful, on-time, on-budget delivery

  • Lead with clarity, consistency, and mentorship—modeling transparency, accountability, and servant leadership

  • Partner closely with your Superintendent and Project Executive to deliver operational excellence

  • Navigate Procore, Bluebeam, and other systems like a pro—keeping digital tools aligned with boots-on-the-ground execution

What Makes This Role Different

  • The company prioritizes budget mastery—you won’t be micromanaged, but you will be held accountable to financial accuracy and project margins

  • You’ll step into over $40 million of active project work, with a clear runway to take the lead

  • Their growth has created real upward mobility. PMs here move into senior and executive leadership

  • You’ll work in a collaborative, no-politics environment where doing the right thing is valued over flash

  • A $600/month vehicle allowance, full tech suite, and company gear are all part of the package

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7–10+ years of GC project management experience—preferably with education, healthcare, or public works

  • Strong financial acumen—proven ability to manage budgets, project costs, forecasting, and profitability

  • Hands-on leadership approach—you know how to lead subs and internal teams with both structure and heart

  • Comfortable with Procore, Bluebeam, and industry-standard PM tools

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience

  • Bonus points for self-performed work experience (especially concrete or rough carpentry), and backgrounds at firms like DPR, Webcor, McCarthy

  • Oregon roots or interest in relocating to Southern Oregon for the long-term

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $125,000 to $145,000

  • Bonus: Annual discretionary bonuses, typically paid year-end

  • Medical: PPO and HSA plans, 85% covered for employees, 50% for dependents

  • Dental & Vision: 100% covered for employees and their families

  • Retirement: 401K with up to 4% match after 6 months

  • PTO: 10 vacation days annually + paid holidays; ability to carry over up to 40 hours of vacation and 40 hours of sick time

  • Extras:

    • $600/month vehicle allowance

    • Gas card and company credit card

    • Cell phone, laptop, and annual company gear

    • Relocation assistance (typically $5,000 reimbursed)

    • Sign-on bonus considered for ideal candidates

Why Southern Oregon?

  • Strong public school systems and a safe, family-friendly community

  • Outdoor paradise—hiking, skiing, rivers, and mountain escapes in your backyard

  • A lower cost of living that lets you live well while still building your career

  • A real chance to have a life outside of work
