Service Estimator / Project Manager – Electrical Service Division

ParkerBeth is representing a family-owned electrical contractor seeking a Service Estimator / Project Manager to grow its commercial and industrial service division in Northern California.

This isn’t a desk-only estimating role. You’ll be out meeting clients, hunting new business, bidding projects, and then running those jobs to completion. From motor controls and lighting retrofits to full industrial installs, you’ll be at the center of it all—backed by a stable, respected company culture where employees build careers, not just jobs.

What you’ll do:

• Generate new service business through outreach and client development
• Prepare accurate bids using McCormick estimating software
• Manage awarded projects from materials to manpower
• Support and direct technicians in the field
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and change orders
• Build lasting relationships with clients and trade partners

What we’re looking for:

• Journeyman-level electrical experience (required)
• 5+ years in estimating and project management
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial systems
• Hunter mindset—comfortable developing new clients
• Experience with McCormick or similar estimating software
