Divisional General Superintendent – Underground Utilities

Location: Southern California | Salary: $160K–$190K + Bonus + Truck

ParkerBeth Search Partners is seeking an experienced Divisional General Superintendent to lead field operations for one of California’s top civil contractors. This role is ideal for a field-proven leader with a strong background in underground utilities—water, sewer, storm drain—and a passion for operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee divisional field operations, budgets, and manpower
• Lead and mentor 7–8 superintendents
• Manage 30–60 projects averaging $10–$15M each
• Partner with estimating and preconstruction on project planning
• Ensure safety, quality, and performance goals are met

What You Bring

• 10+ years in underground wet utilities or heavy civil construction
• Proven leadership over large field teams
• Strong budget and financial management experience
• Hands-on field background; union experience preferred
