Key Responsibilities
\nSystem Ownership & Optimization
\nServe as the internal expert on ERP, CRM, and other business-critical platforms.
\nDocument and streamline processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Quality.
\nConfigure system roles, permissions, dashboards, and reporting functions.
\nManage enterprise data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
\nCross-Functional Support
\nTranslate business requirements into functional system solutions.
\nSupport Finance with reporting, BOM costing, inventory reconciliations, and master data.
\nCollaborate with Sales and Customer Service on CRM workflows and customer integration (EDI/portal).
\nVendor & Project Management
\nAct as primary contact with external IT providers and consultants.
\nLead small to mid-sized system improvements and integration projects.
\nReporting & Analytics
\nDevelop and maintain operational and financial dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or ERP reporting tools.
\nEstablish and maintain standards for data models, dashboards, and performance.
\nAnalyze system data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
\nGovernance & Data Integrity
\nEnsure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across all platforms.
\nQualifications and Experience
\n5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role.
\n3+ years of combined experience in data modeling, Power BI development, or analytics.
\nHands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is required.
\nExperience in the Flavors, Ingredients, or Food Manufacturing industry is required.
\nDemonstrated ability to manage external IT vendors or MSPs.
\nAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting tools.
\nExperience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), EDI, or PLM systems.
\nFamiliarity with batch production, BOMs, and quality control.
\nProject management or Six Sigma experience is advantageous.
