We are seeking a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging, high-value cases while collaborating with skilled trial attorneys. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage cases from intake through trial or settlement.
· Handle all aspects of plaintiff’s personal injury cases, including case evaluation, strategy development, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
· Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
· Draft and review pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and settlement agreements.
· Manage a full caseload while ensuring timely communication with clients and adherence to court deadlines.
· Work collaboratively with firm partners, paralegals, and support staff to achieve optimal results for clients.
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
· Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
· Minimum 1 year of experience handling plaintiff’s personal injury litigation in California.
· Trial experience preferred.
· Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
$100,000 – $175,000 annually, depending on experience, with the possibility of a higher starting salary for exceptional candidates. Performance-based bonuses available.
