Our client is seeking an Account Executive to help meet and exceed sales goals by acquiring new business accounts and expanding the customer base within the Pittsburgh area. This role involves generating leads, prospecting, and using solution-based selling to demonstrate the value of our client’s products and services and pays a competitive annual salary of $88,080 to $119,160.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Leads & Close Deals: Cold-calling, networking, and identifying new sales opportunities to grow the business.
  • Tailor Solutions: Assess customer needs and recommend wireless solutions that meet their goals and budget, including plans, data services, and devices.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with your team and managers to improve your sales skills, participate in training, and attend sales meetings.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Use sales automation tools to track leads, manage your sales pipeline, and forecast future sales activity.
  • Drive Success: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Skills:

  • Strong task management abilities and a knack for multi-tasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.
  • Clear, effective communication skills (both verbal and written) to engage clients and negotiate deals.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to win business and meet sales targets.
  • Proposal writing and quoting experience is a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • At least 1+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in new customer acquisition or a commissioned sales environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Some travel required within the region.
