ATHENA is currently hiring a full-time, onsite experienced Office Manager in Santa Barbara, CA, with an hourly pay rate of $33 - $38.50 per hour, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, inquiries, supplies, equipment, and workplace safety.
  • Harness the power of Microsoft Excel to drive efficiency—manage data entry, reporting, analysis, and process improvements to keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Develop and refine office procedures, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Provide invaluable support to dealership management while staying ahead of industry best practices.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager—ideally in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel—you can handle reporting, analysis, and data management with ease.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
