Position Title: Benefit Administration Specialist



  • Accurately perform periodic employee benefits tasks within appropriate/required timelines

  • Administration of client sponsored employee benefits plans

    • Employee eligibility

    • Enrollments

    • Benefit adjustments

    • Reconciliation of invoice to elected coverage, payroll contributions & deductions

    • Termination of coverage

    • COBRA processing

  • Plan setup following underwriting and solution design

  • Maintenance of benefits tools (SOPs, Job Aids, Forms, Notes, Training Materials)

  • Auditing peer changes for accuracy  

  • Manage open enrollment meetings



  • HR Benefit experience preferred (relevant experience considered) 

  • Licensing encouraged (not required) 

  • Understanding of 100+ employee benefit companies

  • Exposure to payroll management

  • General financial acumen

  • Demonstrable attention to detail 

  • Enjoys teamwork 

  • Coachable and positive attitude 



  • Pay based on experience, range $60k - $80k

  • Flexible work hours 

  • Overtime paid hourly
