Client Growth Director – Strategic IT Managed Solutions for Business & Rural Healthcare

Location: Colorado (Hybrid/Travel as needed)

Compensation: Base $150,000 – $180,000 + Bonus Structure

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Senior Account Executive to play a pivotal role in expanding Elevate’s reach and influence across the IT landscape. This role combines business development, account management, targeted marketing, and strategic leadership, making it ideal for a professional who can both sell and sustain long-term client relationships. This position will help move the company to the next level as a platform leader in IT for businesses and healthcare systems. The ideal candidate understands that technology is more than infrastructure—it’s a function that serves people, supports missions, and drives sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in business IT and rural healthcare markets.

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and account-based marketing campaigns to reach ideal clients.

  • Represent Elevate’s mission, capabilities, and value with clarity, credibility, and integrity in all client engagements.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through trust and results-driven partnership.

  • Oversee client accounts, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal departments.

  • Partner closely with IT Directors, Engineers, and internal teams to align Elevate’s solutions with client needs.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, strategy alignment, and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies, roadmaps, and compliance-driven client programs.

  • Contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy by identifying operational improvements and supporting expansion into new regions and healthcare systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or client relationship leadership, preferably in IT services or healthcare technology. Minimum of 5-10 years experience in B2B sales.

  • Strong understanding of IT as a strategic business function, including compliance, application strategy, and infrastructure.

  • Experience creating and executing targeted or account-based marketing strategies.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to oversee multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to strengthen client relationships and support growth initiatives.

  • Healthcare doesn’t need to be a competency—this can be taught. We use a standards-based approach, such as PCI for customers, which represents general best practices that drive our programs and ensure excellence across all client engagements.
