Home Care Placement Agency Administrator

Location: Remote (Flexible Schedule)

Compensation: $2,000–$2,500/month + On-Call Pay ($50/day)

Employment Type: Part-Time (Up to 30 hours/week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Administrator to support the daily operations of our home care placement agency. This role is essential in managing scheduling, client and caregiver onboarding, administrative processes, and reporting—ensuring that both clients and caregivers experience seamless, caring, and professional service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, and motivated by serving others with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain systems and processes for smooth agency operations.

  • Create and manage reporting and analysis within Ally MS Home Care software.

  • Oversee daily scheduling and adjustments for clients and caregivers.

  • Manage administrative paperwork and documentation for clients and providers.

  • Assist with onboarding and off-boarding of both clients and care providers.

  • Provide timely reports to clients and long-term care insurance providers.

  • Review weekly time entries and service logs submitted by care providers.

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Genuine compassion and a heart for serving the elderly and their families.

  • 5ys experience as a Medical Aide, Nurse, EMT, or similar healthcare professional in a senior care setting.

  • High level of computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Experience with Ally MS Home Care software (preferred) or similar platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, caregivers, and internal team members.

  • Demonstrated trustworthiness, leadership, and initiative.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve independently.

  • Patient and empathetic demeanor.

Benefits & Schedule

  • Fully remote position.

  • Part-time: up to 30 hours per week.

  • Flexible schedule between 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

  • Compensation: $2,000–$2,500 (based on experience) per month for administrative support.

  • On-Call: $50/day to carry the on-call phone (8 AM – 8 PM, coordinated with the owner).
