Overview:Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of technical projects aligned with organizational objectives. This role requires expertise in managing enterprise systems, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Ensure efficient resource allocation and provide regular updates to align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate steering committee meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including System Office IT staff, system owners, and college staff.
• Enterprise System Leadership: Lead technical enterprise system projects, ensuring stakeholder requirements are understood and successfully delivered.

Qualifications – Must Haves:

• Proven track record of leading technical enterprise system projects involving diverse stakeholder groups.
• PMP Certification: Active certification required (must provide documentation).
• 6+ years of experience with Agile project management methodology.
• 6+ years of experience leading PeopleSoft HCM or other ERP projects.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM (version 9.2).

Qualifications – Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Virginia state Cardinal systems.
• Prior experience working with Virginia state agencies.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $46 - $49/hr
• Annual Equivalent: $95,680 - $101,920

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid role based in Richmond, VA, with occasional in-person meetings.
