We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Renal Dietitian to join our team in Madison. This role involves developing and implementing nutritional strategies to support patients with renal conditions, ensuring they receive the best dietary care tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee individualized meal plans for patients with kidney-related health issues, including those with special dietary requests or critical needs.
• Provide counseling and educational support to patients and their families to maintain and enhance patient morale and compliance with dietary recommendations.
• Document patient progress meticulously, including tracking dietary adjustments and outcomes to ensure optimal nutritional support.
• Ensure that food preparation areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic state, with proper use of utensils and adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct in-home training sessions for patients and caregivers to reinforce dietary practices and promote health management at home.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Health, or a related field.
• State licensure or additional certifications as required for practice.
• Experience in home therapy is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex dietary concepts to patients and their families effectively.
