We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinic in Tuscaloosa. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional committed to improving the lives of children and adults experiencing communication and swallowing difficulties. As an SLP, you will be instrumental in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech, language, and cognitive-communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive treatment and support to individuals with speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
• Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on the importance and benefits of speech therapy.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a current SLPA certificate by the start of employment.
• Valid CPR certification, TB skin test, auto insurance, and driver's license.
• Minimum of an Associate degree or graduation from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant certificate program.
• Experience in the field is preferred but not mandatory.
