Our client, a  growing Fort Worth law firm, has an exciting temporary employment opportunity for a detail-oriented Data and CRM Assistant to support data cleanup and integrity initiatives within their CRM system. This role will focus primarily on identifying and resolving duplicate contact and company records, ensuring data consistency, and assisting with other data stewardship tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM platforms and a strong understanding of data quality standards and best practices.

DETAILS:

  • Employment Type: Temporary, Full-Time
  • Location: Fort Worth, TX
  • Pay Rate: $20/hour
  • Expected Work Hours: Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm in the office.
  • Duration: This is a temporary position expected to last 3 months, with the potential for extension based on project needs.
  • Position is not eligible for overtime pay, benefits, or sick leave.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and assess duplicate contact and company records in DealCloud.
  • Merge, delete, or update records based on defined criteria and best practices.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across related records and fields.
  • Research and validate information using internal and external sources and tools to support accurate record consolidation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm data accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist with additional data stewardship tasks, such as standardizing entries, field auditing, and formatting corrections.
  • Document findings, decisions, and processes for transparency and future reference.
  • Support CRM team with special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with CRM systems; DealCloud experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and established data governance protocols.
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through written correspondence.
  • Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and other standard office equipment.
  • Ability to review and interpret documents and data, with or without reasonable accommodations.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; high school diploma or GED required

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of one year’s experience required.
