Overview:

Join our forward-thinking team as an R&D Project Manager based in Stockton, CA. This role is integral to our strategic growth, offering you the chance to drive innovation and efficiency across multiple projects. You'll play a key role in our upcoming Omega product launch, helping to steer our R&D efforts towards success.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage 5-8 concurrent R&D projects from start to finish.
• Design and implement advanced processes to elevate current operational systems beyond basic tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance existing workflows.
• Deliver clear and concise updates to stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within the R&D sector or similar industries.
• Advanced proficiency in project management platforms extending beyond Excel.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Expertise:

• Experience in refrigeration, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
• Background in mechanical engineering or refrigeration technology.
