What’s the deal?
📅 Duration: 3 months (contract role)
💸 Pay: Hourly base rate + completion bonus (because seeing things through deserves a high five…and cash)
🏢 Scope: Full-cycle recruiting across the business — from management hires to hourly team members

Compensation Range - $32-$42/HR

What you’ll be doing:

• Running the entire recruiting show — strategy, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers, and everything in between

• Partnering with leaders and hiring managers to understand needs and design hiring plans

• Managing job postings, candidate pipelines, and keeping the hiring process smooth (and dare we say…fun)

• Ensuring the candidate experience is top-notch — from “hello” to “welcome aboard”

• Delivering results fast — this is a high-impact, high-visibility role
