This cardiac team can provide diagnostic testing and inpatient or outpatient treatment for a wide range of conditions, including:

· Angina

· Arrhythmias

· Cardiomyopathy

· Congenital heart disease in adults

· Preventative cardiology

· Valvular heart disease

The Position

This practice is looking to hire full-time Cardiology Advance Practice Providers.

· Primary location is Massena with potential to provide outreach to other facilities.

· Outpatient services including but not limited to performing physical exams and observations, recording medical histories and symptoms, order and interpret diagnostic tests, follow-up and consult with Physician to develop and re-develop treatment plan(s) as necessary.

· Schedule is based on clinic, typically Monday through Friday, 8a-4p.
