In need of an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager professional with alloy experience to join a collaborative and culture-focused team.

As a EHS Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations adhere to stringent quality, safety and environmental standards. You'll work closely with our team to foster a culture of high quality, safety and compliance, while also contributing to our ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications.

EHS Manager Tasks:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide training and education to employees on safety practices.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Manage emergency response plans and procedures.

EHS Manager Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in industrial hygiene, safety management or a related field.
  • Experience in EHS within the automotive or aluminum manufacturing industries, Quality is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience
  • ISO 9001 and 14001 experience, a plus
  • Experience with FESOP (minor version of Title 5 regulations) related to air emissions
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Experience with risk assessments and safety training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for creating a safe and sustainable workplace.
EHS Manager Benefits:
  • Salary: $70,000-$90,000
  • M-F limited after hours
  • Great Bonuses usually around 20% paid out in June and December
  • Milestone Bonuses also provided
