What You’ll Do
  • Be the firm’s go-to compliance champion, ensuring adherence to professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Review client month-end workpapers, adjustments, and financial statements.
  • Lead the firm’s peer review process and oversee the System of Quality Management.
  • Conduct internal audits and keep the team sharp with compliance training.
  • Support nonprofit clients with budgeting, grants, audits, and Form 990 expertise.
  • Drive performance by tracking KPIs and guiding improvement.
  • Play a hands-on role in team growth, training, and client success.
What You Bring
  • Active CPA license + Bachelor’s in Accounting.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • High emotional intelligence and people-first mindset.
