HR Generalist - Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the go-to person for all things HR at our Lenexa facility, partnering with employees and leadership to foster a culture of curiosity, clarity, grit, grace, and love (Our Way).

What you will do:

• Be the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters.
• Champion employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage benefits administration, including new hire enrollment, communication, and leave processing (FMLA, STD, LTD).
• Partner with recruiting to attract and hire top talent.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
• Lead employee engagement activities to keep our team motivated.
• Resolve payroll issues efficiently and accurately.
• Handle safety and workers' compensation matters.
• Provide office management support.

What you bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and safety/workers' compensation.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Proven ability to document processes and implement improvements using continuous improvement (CI) tools.
• Experience with FMLA administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed and resourceful with a strong work ethic.
