The Territory Sales Representative will maintain house accounts while building a book of business and increasing market penetration. Success in this role requires a hunter mentality and a self-starting approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold outreach, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, and distribution partners to maximize sales success.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Maintain productivity and discipline while working remotely.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year in industrial/manufacturing B2B sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and new business development. Internships will be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage sales pipelines, analyze market trends, and report effectively.
  • Sales Mindset: A high-energy, self-motivated individual who thrives in an autonomous role and is eager to build a thriving territory.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong ability to persuade, close deals, and maintain lasting customer relationships.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50-60%.
