Fantastic opportunity for an independent, success driven Inside Sales Representative to join a manufacturer equipment sold into the firefighting, public safety, and rescue industries.  You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by reaching out to prospective customers, qualifying leads, and effectively closing sales through phone, email, and video calls. You will be instrumental in building relationships and generating new business opportunities, all while collaborating with a Dealer Network, National Trainers, and Regional Sales Manager.  This is a fully remote opportunity, however some travel for meetings and customer visits may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through cold calling, emails, and other lead-generation strategies.
  • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the Dealer Network, National Trainers, and Regional Sales Manager to develop strategies for lead conversion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing product-related inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and document sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and market conditions to effectively present solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance sales processes and achieve team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with prospects and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Comfortable with technology and CRM tools (experience with Map My Customer is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience or understanding of the fire service is a plus.
