Seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive marketing efforts that support business growth for an for an industry-leading manufacturer. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and deliver targeted, high-impact programs.

Qualified candidates will currently reside in the eastern or central US.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of field marketing activities, including webinars, digital campaigns, in-person and virtual events, and integrated initiatives that drive lead generation and pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Be a strategic marketing partner to sales leadership, support territory planning, and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals across the funnel.
  • Develop integrated campaigns and manage multi-channel marketing programs that combine digital and offline tactics such as advertising, events, email, direct mail, PR, and content marketing.
  • Create effective marketing content and materials including brochures, case studies, event collateral, web content, and LinkedIn posts using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Oversee a calendar of regional trade shows, conferences, and association events; handle logistics, execution, and follow-up to achieve strong return on investment.
  • Track key performance indicators such as lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution; report on outcomes and make data-driven improvements to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive activity to guide messaging and positioning.
  • Maintain accurate marketing and sales contact lists; create lead nurturing workflows to improve audience engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns; manufacturing sector experience preferred.
  • Track record of building and executing field marketing programs that contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with Sales, Product, and cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce), marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp), and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance strategy with execution. Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail and a creative mindset to bring new ideas to life and deliver polished marketing and sales collateral.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to technical and business audiences.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering measurable business results.
