We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to drive the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a fast-paced manufacturing facility that delivers world-class products and service. This hands-on leadership role oversees all maintenance functions, ensuring optimal performance of equipment, systems, and facilities while proactively improving reliability and minimizing downtime. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, schedule, and develop the maintenance team and on-site contractors, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and technical execution.
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and emergency repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Manage the facility’s work order system, parts inventory, and maintenance planning to optimize resources and reduce equipment downtime.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all building and equipment issues, including coordinating emergency response and external vendors.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex systems and machinery; support equipment setup and continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance protocols; lead safety reviews and support audits and inspections.
  • Contribute to capital project planning and maintenance budgeting in coordination with leadership and the finance team.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required.
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including hands-on troubleshooting and repair of complex equipment.
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or lead maintenance role with proven team management and scheduling experience.
  • Expertise in electrical systems (24VDC, 480VAC, VFDs), mechanical repairs, and industrial control systems.
  • Proficiency in CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office; strong skills in documentation, planning, and preventive maintenance systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example in safety, technical performance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000 annually, exempt
