Seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to help drive business growth by championing quality and safety standards across all manufacturing processes.

This onsite role will play a key part in developing and implementing quality protocols, maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2018 standards, and collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure products meet or exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs and work instructions, and prepare production packets with up-to-date revisions to ensure “quality at the source.”
  • Collaborate with customers to define quality and gauging requirements, approve samples for new and existing products, and manage communication of deviations or specification changes to production.
  • Perform in-process inspections, generate control documentation, create initial production samples, and report quality issues directly to production leadership.
  • Lead training on new products and revised procedures, provide team feedback, and partner with leadership to promote a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to management, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards by enforcing policies, monitoring conditions, and coordinating corrective measures for non-compliance.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • 5-7 years of solid Quality experience in a manufacturing environment including development of SOPs and work instructions, root cause analysis and corrective actions, and familiarity with ISO 9001:2018 quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate quality information effectively & proactively identify and solve problems.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with MS Project management software, SolidWorks, and computer aided 3-D graphic and manufacturing drawings and displays.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary $80,000-100,000 annually plus bonus potential
