Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a talented Junior to Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their dynamic Structured Finance team in New York. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge CLOs and other complex securitization and financing transactions for top-tier financial institutions and investment clients.
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing.
2–5 years of substantive experience in structured finance, with a focus on collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), securitizations, and warehouse financings.
Familiarity with the structuring, negotiation, and execution of sophisticated financing transactions.
Experience representing banks, asset managers, and institutional investors.
Strong transactional drafting and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Advise clients on CLO transactions, securitizations, warehouse financings, and related structured credit arrangements.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including offering materials, indentures, loan agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.
Coordinate and manage deal execution in collaboration with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice regarding regulatory developments and market trends in the structured finance space.
Support senior attorneys and partners on high-value, cross-border, and complex finance matters.

Competitive compensation: Includes a base salary range of $235,000-$365,000, commensurate with experience, and eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
