A top-10 AmLaw firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated eDiscovery Attorney to join its nationally recognized Litigation & Information Governance practice. This is a non-partnership track role with significant responsibility, strategic involvement, and exposure to high-profile litigation matters. The role offers the flexibility to work from multiple office locations across the U.S.
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
3–5 years of substantive eDiscovery experience, gained in-house, at a law firm, or in government service.
EDRM Expertise: Strong working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and demonstrated ability to manage the lifecycle of eDiscovery projects.
Litigation Support: Experience coordinating with litigation teams, clients, and vendors to manage the collection, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI).
Leadership & Training: Comfortable providing guidance and feedback to review attorneys and managing quality control for document reviews.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
End-to-End eDiscovery Management: Oversee eDiscovery operations on complex litigation matters, including drafting discovery protocols, coordinating with vendors, and managing document review workflows.
Strategic Advising: Serve as a key liaison with internal case teams, clients, and external partners, offering strategic counsel on eDiscovery best practices, budget management, and project execution.
Workflow Design & QC: Create and manage review protocols and workflows, conduct quality control checks, and supervise the preparation and delivery of productions.
Training & Oversight: Provide ongoing support and performance management for review attorneys, ensuring consistent, high-quality work product.
Data Governance: Collaborate with internal stakeholders on data identification, preservation, and collection strategies tailored to the legal and business context.

Competitive Compensation: Expected annual salary range is $150,000 – $260,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market conditions. Discretionary bonus opportunities are available.
