REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY / JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas. This is a growth opportunity within a collegial and well-established team handling sophisticated real estate transactions nationwide.

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Texas.
2–4 years of substantive real estate experience, particularly in transactional and leasing matters.
Leasing-Centric: Demonstrated experience with commercial leasing and a strong interest in making leasing a core part of your practice.
Transactional Real Estate: Proven involvement in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of commercial real estate assets.
AmLaw 200 experience required.
- Familiarity with the pace and expectations of a sophisticated law firm environment is necessary.
Legal Drafting: Strong writing skills, with a high proficiency in drafting complex legal documents.
Team-Oriented Mindset: Enthusiastic about regular in-office collaboration with colleagues and committed to contributing to a mentorship-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent institutional clients in a wide range of real estate matters, with a primary focus on commercial leasing.
Support complex transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of assets across multiple jurisdictions.
Draft and negotiate a variety of real estate agreements, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, and loan documents.
Engage directly with clients to understand their business goals and deliver strategic legal solutions.
Work closely with senior attorneys to manage deal flow, meet deadlines, and ensure the highest quality of service.

Compensation & Benefits:
