REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY / JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas. This is a growth opportunity within a collegial and well-established team handling sophisticated real estate transactions nationwide.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.

  • Active Bar Admission in Texas.

  • 2–4 years of substantive real estate experience, particularly in transactional and leasing matters.

  • Leasing-Centric: Demonstrated experience with commercial leasing and a strong interest in making leasing a core part of your practice.

  • Transactional Real Estate: Proven involvement in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of commercial real estate assets.

  • AmLaw 200 experience required.

    • Familiarity with the pace and expectations of a sophisticated law firm environment is necessary.

  • Legal Drafting: Strong writing skills, with a high proficiency in drafting complex legal documents.

  • Team-Oriented Mindset: Enthusiastic about regular in-office collaboration with colleagues and committed to contributing to a mentorship-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent institutional clients in a wide range of real estate matters, with a primary focus on commercial leasing.

  • Support complex transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of assets across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Draft and negotiate a variety of real estate agreements, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, and loan documents.

  • Engage directly with clients to understand their business goals and deliver strategic legal solutions.

  • Work closely with senior attorneys to manage deal flow, meet deadlines, and ensure the highest quality of service.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Includes an annual base salary range of $190,000 – $250,000, commensurate with experience, and the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus.• Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and long-term care insurance, 401(k) plan, paid parental leave, time off, an employee assistance program, and profit-sharing, among other perks.
