A prestigious AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a senior-level Associate Attorney to join its nationally-recognized Chancery Litigation Practice Group in Wilmington. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of high-profile governance disputes in Delaware’s influential courts.
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Delaware, in good standing.
6+ years of substantive litigation experience, with a focus on Delaware Chancery Court matters.
Chancery Experience: Demonstrated experience handling shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and corporate governance issues.
Broader Litigation Skillset: Additional experience with commercial or securities litigation is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation and collaborate closely with clients and senior attorneys.
A proactive mindset with the ability to contribute meaningfully in high-stakes, fast-paced litigation environments.
Soft Skills: Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills; attention to detail; and teamwork are essential.
Represent clients in high-level corporate and commercial litigation before Delaware’s Chancery Court, as well as Delaware Superior, Supreme, and District Courts.
Handle shareholder disputes, governance controversies, fiduciary duty claims, and related matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; manage discovery; and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
Partner with senior litigators and clients to develop effective litigation strategies and solutions.

Competitive Compensation: Includes an annual salary range of $275,000 – $330,000, commensurate with experience and market conditions, along with a profit-sharing bonus program.
