We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with experience in working on various types of heavy equipment and vehicles. Duties

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and component replacement.
Conduct inspections and tests on vehicles and heavy equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Work with various types of machinery such as excavators, cranes, heavy machinery, and tractor-trailers.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for repairs and fabrication tasks.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel technology to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience.
Proficiency in reading schematics and performing diagnostics.
Experience operating heavy equipment safely and effectively.
Familiarity with fabrication techniques and welding processes.
Ability to lift heavy objects as required for various tasks.
