Responsibilities:

• Inspect, test, and analyze production samples to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide feedback and interpretation of quality control results to production teams.
• Verify that raw materials and finished products comply with established testing and inspection standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
• Identify and report any imperfections in products.
• Maintain calibration accuracy for measuring tools.
• Communicate findings with supervisors and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Must have hands on experience in quality assurance process specific to metal manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) experience is a plus.
• Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
