A growing, locally owned construction fabrication shop is hiring for a full time, year round role. This is an awesome opportunity for someone who is wanting to settle down and learn a trade as training is provided. The culture is unmatched!   • Operating various pieces of equipment for metal fabrication; some examples: metal shear, single and bifold folding machines and roll formers
  • Unloading of deliveries with the use of a Forklift
  • Picking and loading customer orders
  • Preparing the shop for the next day by clean up and looking ahead to what is on the schedule
  • Communicating with customers
  • Cross training on all positions over time
Pay: $25 - $28/ hr plus discretionary bonuses and profit sharing Benefits:
  • 40 hrs PTO after 90 Days
