AI EDUCATION & ADOPTION LEAD

W2 CONTRACT -GC/USC ONLY

ST. PETERSBURG, FL (HYBRID)

MUST BE LOCAL

• Execute the AI literacy roadmap designed by the AI Office.

• Partner with HR, Corporate Comms, and IT Enablement to deliver AI education at scale.

• Manage the AI Champions network and coordinate feedback loops.

• Create modular learning (videos, micro-learnings, job aids, workshops).

• Customize materials for executives, managers, and frontline associates.

• Develop communication plans and enablement collateral for internal campaigns and tool launches.

• Track adoption KPIs: engagement, training completion, and business impact metrics.

SKILLS:

• Demonstrated experience leading technology adoption or enablement programs.

• Skilled at building learning paths, writing comms, and facilitating live sessions.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools and enterprise governance basics preferred.

• Excellent organization and stakeholder management across multiple teams

• Must have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to work with management.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

• 5-8 years in Learning & Development, Change Enablement or Product Adoption
