MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER

W2 CONTRACT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an experienced marketing contractor to support our Financial Services (FS) Marketing team. This role will focus on marketing program management, including event execution, third-party sponsorship coordination, digital campaign delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in event management, project coordination, and digital tools like Salesforce and email automation platforms. Familiarity with marketing structure and industry-specific marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities/Skillsets Needed:

·        Marketing Program Management

·        Execute industry-specific marketing plans in partnership with the Industry Marketing Director

·        Own full project timelines, deliverables, and coordination for key marketing initiatives

·        Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and enabling teams

·        Event Management

·        Support execution of key industry-led events

·        Project manage market-led events from planning to delivery, including agenda development and on-site experience

·        Maintain and update Salesforce with key event data (contacts, leads, opportunities, tasks)

·        Sponsorships

·        Manage the execution of strategic third-party sponsorships to elevate the company brand experience

·        Track and measure sponsorship impact in Salesforce

·        Digital & Campaign Execution

·        Coordinate email marketing campaigns in alignment with broader programs

·        Manage content updates and edits across relevant web properties

·        Support KPI tracking and reporting for leadership visibility

·        Stakeholder Engagement

·        Partner with senior-level company executives and Client Relationship Executives (CREs) to drive program success

·        Provide high-touch support and ensure seamless coordination across functions

 

Additional Responsibilities

·        Assist with budget management and reporting

·        Provide support for ad hoc projects as needed

 

Required Experience & Qualifications

·        A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with emphasis on event and program execution

·        Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously

·        Strong collaborative skills to support and elevate program execution

·        Deep expertise in event management and digital campaign delivery

·        Familiarity with Martech platforms and tools (Salesforce, email automation, web CMS)

·        Prior experience in industry-specific marketing preferred

·        Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and executives
