Job Description:

·        Understands best practices and processes for end-to-end delivery of website content production

·        Recognizes where dependencies are for web development cycles through content, design and asset management

·        Experience building and maintaining delivery processes for web production from intake, routing, development and QA

·        Has background leveraging traffic management and routing tools such as Adobe Workfront to manage, assign and report against web production requests

·        Accustomed to daily high volume request queues as initial intake traffic manager

·        Ability to oversee a team of web developers to balance assignment and resource capacity while adhering to established SLAs

·        Understands QA processes for both pre- and post-delivery of web production. Able to oversee and build efficiency in QA practices for error-free delivery

·        At least 3 years in web traffic and QA roles to oversee delivery of website content production

Minimum Educational Requirement: High school degree or equivalent
