JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to support a remote Microsoft Dynamics implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of the Dynamics 365 platform through comprehensive testing and validation. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to validate configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform).
• Validate functional and non-functional requirements for Dynamics 365 features, integrations, and reports.
• Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) support, and regression testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide timely QA status reports and risk assessments to project leadership.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of QA experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, CE, or Business Central).
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, modules, business processes, and user roles.
• Hands-on experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Experience testing system integrations with third-party applications and APIs.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
