Position: Accounts Receivable ManagerThe Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager will oversee and ensure the accurate and timely billing of company projects while managing collection efforts to maintain efficient cash flow. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and works closely with divisional teams and clients to resolve AR issues and streamline processes.

How you will contribute 

  • Oversee and resolve accounts receivable issues, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage AR department workflow to meet billing deadlines efficiently.
  • Conduct credit checks for new customers and maintain customer master data.
  • Coordinate and facilitate collections by communicating with customers, resolving conflicts, and expediting payments.
  • Lead periodic aging meetings with division managers and controllers.
  • Collaborate with division managers on collections and pricing accuracy.
  • Assist with short-term cash forecasting to support financial planning.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel on collection efforts as needed.
  • Ensure the completion of AR team responsibilities, including customer invoicing, daily billing, contract billings, and managing tax exemptions.

What we need from you

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in AR management.
    • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and other relevant software.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Physical Demands:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting and using standard office equipment.
    • Ability to navigate the office environment, including periodic use of stairs or elevators.
    • Occasional lifting of office documents and materials, up to 10 pounds
