Role Summary:

We seek a driven sales expert to identify and secure new business opportunities in the folding carton and paperboard packaging industry. Your primary responsibility will be establishing and nurturing robust client relationships, providing top-tier service while showcasing our product expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a structured sales strategy with clear KPIs to evaluate its success.
  • Build trust and become a product expert to lead client discussions effectively.
  • Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Expand business by fostering new client relationships and enhancing existing accounts.
  • Maintain a steady sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients, customer service, and internal teams.
  • Process RFQ requests based on client specifications for design, estimates, and quotes.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and sample requests as needed.
  • Collaborate with production and internal teams to ensure smooth project workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • In-depth knowledge of the folding carton, packaging, and/or printing industries.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, presenting, and closing sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in outside sales within a related industry.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
