We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, excellent customer experiences, and support for our growing brand. This role involves a mix of customer service, order entry, and some sales support. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers—answering calls, processing orders, managing shipments, and occasionally reaching out to existing customers to check in or upsell.
Customer Support & Order Management
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with orders, product questions, and account inquiries.
Process orders accurately across multiple systems (with attention to duplicate entry and state-specific requirements).
Manage shipping and freight coordination, including preparing UPS labels and freight scheduling.
Organize and track invoices, payments, and customer documentation.
Sales Support
Make outbound calls to re-engage customers who haven’t ordered in a while or upsell products to current customers.
Assist with vendor coordination and communication as needed.
Support marketing and brand initiatives, including email campaigns and product launches.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales Support team, operations, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in new brand initiatives such as packaging updates, vendor transitions, and website launch support.
Maintain organized records, follow training documentation, and bring ideas to streamline processes.
High school diploma or equivalent (some college or business coursework a plus).
1–2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); prior experience with databases or CRM systems (Zoho preferred) is helpful but not required.
Strong communication skills (friendly, outgoing, not shy).
High attention to detail with the ability to catch and correct mistakes.
Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to stay busy in a dynamic environment.
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask while meeting deadlines.
