EHS ManagerFull-Time | On-Site | Supervisory Role

The EHS Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant work environment by implementing and maintaining safety policies, procedures, and programs. This role involves conducting audits, training employees, and fostering a culture of safety awareness. The ideal candidate will be proactive in risk management and have strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
Develop, implement, and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
Lead and coordinate safety training programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and industry standards.
Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents; document findings and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
Assist in emergency response planning, including drills and first aid preparedness.
Serve as a point of contact for employee safety concerns.
Support workers’ compensation case management and return-to-work programs.
Stay current on industry regulations and best practices to continuously improve safety programs.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field preferred.
5+ years in a safety-related role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
CPR, First Aid, or other safety certifications are a plus.
Comfortable working on the production floor and interacting directly with employees.
Physical Requirements: May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting safety equipment or materials.
