Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 base +PAID Relocation
We’re seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst (Government/Defense Programs) to join our client's high-impact finance team supporting key defense and aerospace programs. This role is responsible for leading program financial planning, earned value reporting, and performance forecasting across critical projects.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams, own key deliverables, and play a vital role in the financial health of our programs. This position is onsite only and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to nationally significant work.
Responsibilities:
Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and data integrity
Build and maintain program financials in COBRA and SAP
Ensure accuracy of Estimate at Completion (EAC) across all efforts
Create and review Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMRs, Formats 1–5, 7)
Collaborate with CAMs on variance explanations and risk management
Support internal/external audits and proposal cost estimating
Mentor junior team members and assist with ad hoc financial analysis
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
6+ years of relevant finance experience managing financials for high-visibility government programs
Deep experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Hands-on expertise in COBRA, SAP, and Excel
Working knowledge of DFARS, ANSI-748-D, EVMIG, and related federal guidelines
Familiarity with contract types: CPAF, CPFF, T&M, FFP
MBA, CPA, or PMP/EVMP certification (preferred)
U.S. citizenship required (government compliance)
