Job Description

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys across multiple practice areas, including bankruptcy, corporate, litigation, real estate, environmental, and trusts & estates.
• Manage attorney calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule client appointments.
• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.
• Handle document management tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing files using iManage or similar systems.
• Process client billing and time entry using InTapp or similar platforms.
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders professionally and effectively.
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations and Excel-based reporting, as needed.
• Perform other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
