• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related subject from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of practical Information Technology experience, including Oracle EBS R12 application experience.
• Minimum 5 year’s project management experience in leading several small to large projects, demonstrating a solid understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and techniques.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3),or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of EBS Finance functional areas of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Accounts Receivable/Credit
• Working knowledge of Oracle’s EBS R12 architecture that comes from prior EBS experience. 
• Understanding of systems analysis, detail design, and programming techniques utilized in an Oracle EBS R12 environment
• Basic experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and SQL. 
• Knowledge of governance and change management procedures in an IT environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is a key success factor.
