Background in any of the following hard skill sets would be preferred: medical coding, health care charging, or health care billing. •Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, revenue codes, and UB-04 billing.•Familiarity with CMS guidelines, payer rules, and reimbursement models (OPPS, IPPS).•Experience with hospital billing systems (Epic preferred).•Coding or revenue cycle certification (CCS, CPC, CRCR) preferred.•Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Hours and compensation potential:•The position is full time. Position is hybrid, for training purposes, may be onsite for a few weeks, thereafter, onsite will be 1-2 times a month and some months not onsite at all. •The range is between $46K-$55K depending on experience.•Full benefits package being offered.What you’ll be doing:•The Revenue Associate plays a critical role in optimizing system revenue by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the charge description master (CDM)/fee schedules (FS). •The role also includes responsibility for maintaining compliance with federal hospital price transparency regulations, ensuring all required pricing data is accessible, accurate, and updated in accordance with CMS guidelines. •The Revenue Associate works collaboratively with clinical departments, billing teams, and compliance officers to maintain an accurate and compliant CDM while supporting revenue enhancement initiatives. •This role requires broad knowledge of billing regulations, charge capture practices, and a hands-on, collaborative approach. •Participate in revenue cycle improvement initiatives and pricing reviews.•Provide training and education on CDM and revenue integrity best practices.Additional info:•Position will report to the Director whom is well respected within the organization. •If you're a passionate Revenue Associate and seeking a rewarding career in a collaborative healthcare setting, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
